We are currently looking for an experienced telemarketer, based at our office in Wimbledon, South West London.
The role is part-time, around 12-15 hours a week. We can be flexible in regards to working days and hours, but ideally the successful candidate will be required to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This could, for example, mean working four hours each day across three day, or two days working six hours a day.
You will be tasked with arranging appointments and demos for our commercial team, so they can showcase our retail technology services to decision makers in the industry. An extensive database of contacts within the retail industry will be provided. While the role will predominately be telemarketing focused, there will be periods when you may be required to help with other marketing duties (event organisation, campaign planning, social media etc)
You will need a background and skills with:
- Proven telemarketing experience
- A confident telephone manner
- An understanding of wider marketing approaches
- Great organisation skills
- Confident and dynamic
- Knowledge of Salesforce and / or experience of the retail industry would be an advantage (though neither is essential)
