Client Web Portal
Retail IT's client web portal helps us to improve service levels and transparency to our clients. The web portal is linked to our CRM software which captures all issues that any client might have throughout the life of their Retail Pro point of sale system. Each user is given a unique logon and password and is then able to log any issues they might have. They are also able to see the progress of certain issues and a full history of past issues. This is an excellent tool to ascertain which modules of the system are problematic to users – also, in the case of persistent user errors, clients can be given more training.
