Our support centre focuses not only on analyzing and solving of issues that arise but also to provides guidance to help you maximise the return on your investment in Retail Pro.

Our support operates on a 24/7 and is manned by certified Retail Pro technicians only. All our technicians have retail experience and are also required to complete a three-week intensive training course at the RTI offices in California.

In addition to comprehensive telephonic support, we use the latest technologies to enable us to connect to our clients pc’s within seconds. This allows us to solve critical issues quickly and give you complete peace of mind that your business is functioning properly.

As we understand the nature of Retail, in the rare event that we are unable to solve a critical issue remotely we guarantee a technician onsite within 4 hours (greater London) and the next business day nationally.

All client calls are logged into our support database. This helps us to quickly isolate any persistent issues that can be solved by a change to the software configuration or even by some refresher training.
