Technical

We have several technicians that aid in the set up and installation of all software and hardware. Our technicians are certified in Retail Pro and all have a solid background in IT. During the implementation process, all hardware is configured and set up at the testing laboratory at our offices. Any potential problems are identified and rectified at our laboratory in order to make the on-site installation proceed as flawlessly as possible. When the technicians go on-site to install the hardware, the install can then proceed in a structured and simple manner.

Besides implementing new installations, technicians are also dedicated to upgrading systems to the latest version of the software.
