The Savanna chooses Retail Pro

The Savanna are the UK’s top provider of South African and Zimbabwean products and operate from four London locations as well as having a online store. Lisa Gardshol, MD of The Savanna, selected Retail IT to provide them with Retail Pro, which allows her to fully manage all elements of her stock control and other important business processes. 

Retail Pro will streamline her purchasing process and allow all stores to have stock visibility of product in the warehouse. This will allow her team to call off replenishment  stock as and when needed.  Previously all pricing changes would have to done at each location and now with Retail Pro Lisa can centrally manage all pricing, markdowns and other promotional activities thus freeing up the management to spend more time with their customers.  

The team at The Savanna now also have the ability to run reports centrally and analyse sales and stock data from all stores using the Retail Pro reports module. The reporting functionality within Retail Pro will allow Lisa to make intelligent buying decisions and ensure that her stock levels are optimised at all locations thus improving margins and decreasing shrinkage.
